Terms of Service

By accessing and using our educational supplies manufacturing services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We provide professional manufacturing services for educational supplies, including but not limited to:

• Office stationery and supplies
• Educational equipment and materials
• Custom manufacturing solutions
• Quality control and testing services

All services are subject to our manufacturing capabilities and capacity limitations.

Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed in writing and are subject to our acceptance.

Minimum Order Quantities: Minimum order quantities apply to most products and will be specified in quotations.

Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and current production schedule.

Specifications: Products will be manufactured according to agreed specifications. Any changes must be approved in writing.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in each quotation and may include deposits and milestone payments.

Currency: All payments must be made in the currency specified in the quotation.

Late Payments: Late payment fees may apply for overdue invoices as specified in our credit terms.

Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Quality Standards: All products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management standards.

Inspection: Customers have the right to inspect products before shipment with reasonable notice.

Warranty Period: Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period specified in the quotation.

Warranty Claims: Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery with supporting documentation.

Customer IP: We respect and protect customer intellectual property and proprietary information.

Confidentiality: All customer designs, specifications, and business information will be kept confidential.

Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Labor disputes or material shortages
• Transportation delays or utility failures

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our manufacturing facility is located.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations.

Arbitration: If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and communicated to existing customers.

Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes affecting existing orders, we will provide reasonable notice and opportunity for discussion.
